Network Focal Point in Serbia is SMart Kolektiv.
SMart Kolektiv is a non-profit organization, the work of which focuses on three strategic areas:

- Corporate social responsibility
- Cross-sector partnerships
- Social communications.

SMart Kolektiv is dedicated to promoting and establishing corporate social responsibility practices, development of social communications, and to finding innovative perspectives for sustainable development of the civil society, as well as society as a whole, through strategic, synergic linking of various sectors and social agents.  

Being a pioneer in promoting CSR in Serbia, SMart kolektiv is now the leading organization in this field, whose expertise and knowledge are widely recognized for its cooperation with relevant stakeholders from all sectors: governmental bodies, leading businesses and NGOs.

SMart kolektiv is the initiator and administrator of Business Leaders Forum, the first coalition of socially responsible companies in Serbia, established in June 2008 with a mission to stimulate development of corporate social responsibility and set a permanent and stable CSR practices in Serbian business sector.  BLF Serbia currently has 15 members, leading local and multinational companies operating in Serbia.
